An open-plan tech office fit-out in Whitefield combining hot-desking zones, focus pods, a boardroom, and a vibrant social hub. The client approached us with a clear vision: a space that felt luxurious without being ostentatious — warm but modern, functional but deeply beautiful. Our team spent three weeks in the design phase alone, iterating on concepts until the direction felt unmistakably right.
Every material was hand-selected. Every finish was debated. The result is a space that our clients use and love every single day — which is, ultimately, the only measure of success that matters.
The brief from this Whitefield tech company was to design a 3,200 sq ft office that would compete with the best workspaces Bangalore has to offer — a space that would attract and retain top engineering talent in an intensely competitive hiring market. The client's previous office had been a standard partitioned layout with cubicles and beige walls; they wanted the complete opposite: open, light-filled, energetic, and expressive of their brand identity as an innovative, people-first company.
We structured the floor plan around three distinct zones: an open collaboration area with 40 hot-desking positions arranged in flexible clusters, four private focus pods for deep-work sessions and calls, and a generous social hub with a pantry, lounge seating, and a game area. The boardroom occupies a glass-walled corner position, visible from the floor but acoustically private. Throughout, the brand's signature cobalt blue appears as an accent — in upholstery, feature wall graphics, and the acoustic panel system — while the base palette of white, light oak, and concrete grey creates a calm, focused working environment.
The client's key challenge was operational continuity: the company was in the middle of a hiring sprint and could not shut down the office for an extended fit-out. We phased the work into three sections, fitting out one-third of the floor at a time while the team operated from the remaining area. This phased delivery required meticulous coordination of trades — civil, electrical, flooring, furniture, and AV — across three overlapping schedules without compromising safety or quality. The project was also delivered within an 8-week hard deadline tied to the client's lease start date on the newly fitted floor.
